I have using this product Zero B Pristine for more than 2 years and everyone at home is so very happy. It was actually recommended by one of our relative who was an old user of their product Zero B Suraksha. We have not faced any major issues as yet and even after the AMC the customer service is good. Thanks to her for recommending it to us. The customer care responds whenever any minor issue arises and it’s also sorted out. Necessary precautions are also told by them so that the machine works in a better way.

I was more bothered about customer care as my mother instructed don’t make hasty decisions to buy water purifier. Any adjustments can be made for the best and my younger brother who is gadget lover was searching for water purifiers. Finally we opted for Zero B Pristine.Since 10 months now we are using it and I am quite happy. I did call customer care for minor issues and they reverted with the solution/technician and everything was sorted.
