My grandfather has approx 1000 shares of tata motors in physical form
so i want to convert them into digital
as the shares were buyed in 1980, so the name on the shares is telco instead of tata motors
so how can i change the name on the shares
and then convert it into digital.

    My user ID is YF9776 in the name of hemant singh in Zerodha. There was 100 shares of 3i info tech for delivery in my holding in portfolio. From last few days these shares are not showing in my holding. Shares are not sold by me. Kindly do needful action.

        Inspite of giving complaints for last 5 days problems not resolved unable to download contract notes from console reports as required for my tax purpose support team not caring about this can i get email id of mr nitin kamat so i can take this matter in this regards

          My userid is TX817 in zerodha. On 13 Aug 21 I sold 320 indtower shares @ ₹215.90 totalling ₹ 69088/. So far I have not seen this amt in My Fund statement. It has not entered yet but on 18 Aug 21 CDSL SENT ME A MESSAGE THAY THE AMT HAS BEEN DEPOSITED IN MY DMAT AC. PL HELP TO RETRIEVE THE AMT. ANGOM NARAYAN

                  Been trying to open an account for 12 hours and it says My Number is already registered whereas I haven't registered my number on Zerodha at all. This is an error and it's causing obstruction. Please help.

                    On Friday 30/07/21, had Sell 35 share of PRIVISCL at 1507 in MIS, at the EOD the trade would have been squared off. and i was around -2600/- loss, but on monday it was around 14k loss they had charged me the price of share at monday price, after raising multiple ticket, they had charged the price of share of Tuesday now my overall loss is around -20k, Also on monday there was nothing related of PRIVISCL share in HOLDING/POSITION. these had caused me so much stress. if anyone can help me out raise a official court case complain, please help.

                      I added 10000rs. Because i want to take new position around 8:15pm yesterday but funds are pending till today. Deducted from my bank account instantly but not added in zerodha demat, i want to know where is my money hanging? Disappointed.

                          Their customer redressal system is a total waste and they are unresponsive of ticket raised.
                          I have been facing problems and I am not able to withdraw my money which I urgently needed.
                          I had to take loan instead because zerodha is not giving my money back.
                          I want to complain about this issue to SEBI so that others won't face the same issue in future and I will transfer my account from zerodha to some other good responsible and responsive brokers in India. Zerodha is not able to manage its customer base and I will never ever recommend it to someone.

                            Dear Sir,

                            Recently I opened the trading account and demat account in Zerodha. There is issue regarding the Demat account and related to these issues there are 2 tickets #[protected], #[protected]. But so far is no progress about those tickets.

                            On phone call support just give the fake assurance, even without my permission they change the linking of the demat account also. It is a security breach.

                            Support team with malafide intention delete their comments also on dated 24 July, 2021 around 9:25 AM there was update by support team on ticket #[protected] that I raised the request to change the demat account over call but now that comment has been deleted by support team.

                            All these happening gives the impression that in future any fraud can also be happen.

                              I have asked to activate my account from dormant stage. I have submitted all the requested documents.Still zerodha has not activated my account. I am continuously chasing with Zerodha since last 15 days even I have raised tickets so many times on support Zerodha portal. Very very poor service and I regret to say that they are technically handicapped and no value for customer's time

                                    Money has been deducted account not opened no customer care to call and not at all ethical company to work.

                                      I have Demat account with zerodha, i wish to close my account, .
                                      I sold my shares, then zerodha deducted their due's, so i transfered the remaining balance to my bank a/c.

                                      Then, i downloaded Account Closure form from zerodha website. filled, signed & sent to Zerodha HQ in Banglore thru Professional courier on 1/July/2021.

                                      On 2/july/2021, i received a sms stating, received your application, will close your account in 5-7 working days.

                                      Today date is 20/July/2021, still not my demat account is active.

                                      i called support 4 times, whenever i asked about account closure, the executive is saying, "It will be closed by end of today".

                                      I raised few tickets too, but no response from zerodha.

                                      but nothing is happeneing.

                                      Friends, my kind request is, dont deal with zerodha.

                                        I have made a payment of 300 Rs. for opening account. Now in their process of onboarding the aadhar can be verified only using digilocker. The mobile number linked to digilocker is old one and right now I cannot physically go and update any mobile number to just login to it. Also currently I am not in country and it will take 1-2 years to return back.

                                        Upon explaining the situation customer care person just said we do not refund money. You can wait for 1-2 years and open account again. When I objected to this kind of reply and said I will escalate this to relevant team, the customer care person just said "Escalate it where you want to but we will see if we can refund".

                                        and for this only the CS person gave such a rude reply. He said either get account created for someone else in family or wait until you are back in country and can get mobile updated.

                                        When I said I will escalate it, the reply was you can escalate wherever you want to but this is our company policy that we do not refund account opening fees.

                                        Basically even if it’s mistake in your flow you just keep customers money is what I understand.
