In last three month I have faced login problem atleast four times.
I ring to customer care then my biometric is activated but problem persist as it is not opening through password.
Today I have called to customer care many a times but not there is no response.
I am loosing hope.

I have requested the payout call for the last ten days due to my child hospital expenses but it was rejected on daily basis by late evening.

I called their higher authorities, they said no issue with your account please request one more time definitely you will get it. I tried continuously for ten days but all of my requests were rejected by SKY. Finally I realized these people are cheating and I wrote one mail to them requesting for account closure.

Again no response from them. I called them for the status of my request but they said your account closure proposal was under SEBI approval.

I don't know how to cross this situation and this cheating broker. Please guide us.

Hi sir, my name is Ramani..my client ID SKY30060.. I opened account in sky broking on sep12th..Mr.Shanmugam from Thanjavur (franchise of sky broking) called me and offer me for 10% profit account handling.. Mr Ilamurugu from tnagar also suggest him...

I invested 300000 on sep15th ... He make small losses in initial days... he compramise me by saying he ll recover losses... Day by day losses increases.. it around forty thousand...

Sky commodity dealer did fraud and not responding...

I am balachandar.s, (tuticorin)mob [protected], IN Tuticorin city, (near old bustand), i tried to open a demat account with sky commodities two months ago, at that time i find out the branch of sky commodities in Tuticorin city(near old bus stand, upstairs of IDFC small finance bank ).the manager names is mr.ramachandra srinivasan(son of ramachandran).he promised to open a demat account, he asked with me emailid, mobile no, pan number etc, but till now demat account is not opened by sky commodities, he bought the amount of 3, 50, 000/-, (he asks including tax)and he asked another amount of 50, 000/-, (for TDS), and he promised with me 500000/-amount will receive in my account from csky commodities company but onthat time i could not pay the money, and i just made a doubt with him, so i search in t nagar branch(chennai), the BDM told with me company could not ask money from public, that person said mr.srinivasan did manipulation with me, and at the same time no branch in Tuticorin city and no branch manager in the name of r.srinivasan.
so i diappointed with this activity, and i think that person tried to cheat me in the name of sky commodiites, and i lost the amount of 3, 50, 000/- in the name of sky commodites,
please help me in the case, to get back the amount of 3, 50, 000/-

I opened new account padmaja banu no. Ch7009 in your sky commodity egmore branch by seeing thier thanthi paper ad, one girl gunadevi from your office approached me to operate the account on behalf of being i'm a beginner,
Initially i invested 50000 & she traded & got some profits around 35000, but in that she asked personal hand loan 5000, 15000 for reversable fee.
Then in a weeks time i increased 1 lakh to operate,...

Let me explain my experience about this fraud trading company, sky commodities. My client id is ch4156

Every staff of this company are cheater only, like frauds, please be careful while doing business with these guys

I had the trading account with this company in gundy office, sky commodities. Initially these guys told that this company is famous and plus point in its customer service....

Iam kaja mohaideen my i'd ch6004... Already i have forwarded complaint against sky commodity velacherry branch... But from there side they have given reply as iam giving false accusations against there company and they have done very gud job... Here am updating all details of there trading details to me.
I have opened ac on november 20 the 2019 and till december 19 th only mr. Divine did trading for me. By this period of time i have top up four times
1. November 20th 2019 rs. 40000/- as my opening blnc
2. November 22nd 2019 rs. 10000/-
3. December 2nd 2019 rs. 40000/-
4. December 18th 2019 rs. 40000/-
By this period of time he has traded only for 19 days in that he has traded only rs. 57035 and from that brokerage itself rs. 38223.09 gone... He had made only profit as rs. 18811.91.
But he has made loss from my capital rs. 89040/- within a week...
He has forwarded rs. 31377 as payout in several times as u said. But only rs. 18811.91 as profit and balance he has forwarded from my capital only...
And from january i traded myself from my sky mobi app... U can check everything from ur data clearly if am giving any wrong accusations i can place all details legally and media.
As i placed complaint from ur office instead of taking proper steps to give solution to my complaint ur blaming myself.
When i can called and asked mr. Divine about loss he coolly saying he can recover rs. 1000/- per day and give and that is also a very tough job for him to recover.
And he is asking "who asked u to invest in sky commodity did i asked u to invest in sky commodity".
When i contacted velacherry office there also they are asking the same "who asked u to invest in sky commodity" what does it means
It is not necessary for me loss my money and to give false accusations to u all. I can proof everything legally... If still there is no solution for my complaint i'll forward everything in media and other social media and will face it legally

Iam Kaja mohaideen my I'd ch6004 opened trading account in Sky Commodity velacherry branch on Nov 20th 2019.. mr.divine is the RM followed me. Opened ac with rs. 50000 First he said he will do trade in crude alone and in the beginning he gave daily 1000 rs as a profit for first two weeks... Then he asked to do top up for more profit and again I've top uped rs. 40000 on Dec 2nd 2019 ... From the next day he started trading all the commodity like gold silver copper nickel crude zinc everything daily and he started loosing my main account... He said he will make rs 2000... But for rs 2000 profit he took gold silver copper etc etc instead of profit he made everything loss... He has taken 69 buy and sell on a single day for 2000 rs. Profit.. but he dint make 2000 rs also.he made loss only He asked to top up again to recover loss And on 17th Dec he has lost 20000 rs plus and on 19 th dec he has taken 5 lot nickel without my knowledge and lost 60000 rs from my account... And still now am raising complaint against him and velacherry office but there is no proper solution...
Once I called Mr. Divine and asked about the loss but he is telling he can't do anything and he will trade daily rs. 1000 to recover my loss of more than a lak. That too it is very risk for him to do trade for rs. 1000/- and he is asking "who asked u to invest in sky commodity"... Did I asked u invest in sky Commodity and am having full rights to do trade till it comes "0" blnc account..after that I stopped talking with him and I was followed by staff from velacherry office and she is also asking the same "who asked u to invest in sky commodity ". Did we came to u and asked for investing in sky Commodity...to whom u forwarded ur papers... Will u send ur documents to everyone whoever asking to open account in sky Commodity...etc etc...
I've said I've forwarded to mr.divine only means she is asking for screenshot etc.. I can forward all proofs and chat details legally and to media too...
There is no proper solution from the office side too. Daily they are calling and talking talking ... That's all
If still there is no response from there side and if they are not taking action to refund my money... I have to forward my complaint against sky Commodity velacherry branch legally and in media... I have invested rs.175000 and they have traded for only 19 days for me and by that he had lost more than 100000rs.
I request u to refund my amount or I have to move legally and to media no other option for me... I can provide all proofs legally

Mr. Divine from sky commodity velacherry branch traded from my account and lost 25000 on dec 18 and again he said he will recover the loss and took nickel 4 lot on 20th dec 2019 without my knowledge and loss 85000 on the same day... From that day not giving any proper response and from velacherry office also no response... Daily am giving complaint in that office but no one gives proper response...

My client id : ch 11932 with ashok nagar branch, chennai. Yesterday, i traded in crude oil mega 1 lot - sold at 3750/- whereas the company, on their own volition, bought a lot at 3812/- at 06.39:19 pm, incurring a loss of rs.6200/-, eventhough it crossed 70% level only at 06.39:36 pm, as per your own sms.

As per normal mcx trade rules, mtm trigger will take place, only after mtm level of 80% is reached.in my case, all rules have been deviated and loss of rs.6200/- has been inflicted on me.

Please note that mtm never reached 80% level yesterday. I made a oral complaint to ho at coimbatore to mr. Satish//sathya and dealer mr. Rajesh at the branch. To my utter shock, i didn’t get any response from either branch or ho.

Please sort out the issue and credit my account immediately with rs.6200/- and sort out the matter soon.

Very worst company in tamilnadu. Before 2 months i opened account via one staff name nagapriya. I deposited some amt within two days all amt loss... I asked her she again telling me to deposit some money... Fraud staffs and company. Staffs dnt knw the basic trading rules... Before account opening they calling me daily. After loss there s no response from that staff... They calmly telling unfortunately loss happens. Before opening the account that staff daily msgd me today profit today profit nu all are fake screenshots... Pls dnt open the account in sky commodity very worst experience in my life with this company

I am registering this complaint as i experienced three times on this same issue. This sky commodities is always want to loose our money or they are doing it to loose by cheating us. Today again happen this when i marked the stop loss at 4685 on crude oil but it got triggered without reaching please refer the photos attached which the market pulse not gone below 4690 but in so commodities chart it gone. I have referred some other markets too it got triggered at 8.01pm as per sky commodities but at the same time in market pulse it has not even came below 4690 (Refer photos attached) and gone through some other sites too. The market pulse i mentioned because the broker from sky commodities only referred that. This happen to me again on this third time. When i called trading desk i got some harsh answers only. We common peoples are trying to develop us in any genuine way but like these kind of non genuine company we got cheated and loosing our hard earned money. It is very hard to digest. I request the concerns to take a action against this issue on concern company.

Im r dinesh kumar.. Last month one executive called me to invest in trading account. He told if invest 25, 000 within 50 days u will get 200000 profit..in same day he collect all my i'd proof by forcing me. Next day itself he loss 25000. I call him and ask to invest 15000 again i will recover in 3 days. Again also he loss. And i scolded him. He told to give last chance to invest 15000. He told 100 i will recover ur money he promised.. Totally he loss 55000 in just 3 dys. If i ask customer care they r not responding properly. We r not responsible they telling. They didn't explain about the product details.. He told daily u will get profit. So i only i invested. I m poor family.. I saved that money for marriage.. He cheated all money..
