    i want to close my zerodha account, because i was unable to create demat account with aadhar otp verification (Old mobile number registered). I will create new account with different mobile number (Which is registered with adhar card).

    now i am writing emails to get refund of rs. 300, which zerodha charged for creating demat account, but getting no response from agents which initially emailed me daily for account opening. (First place they shouldn't have charged before creating demat account and linking aadhar number to digilocker app)

    Created ticket with zerodha but no response, ticket id: [protected]. Attached payment proof.

      Hi,
      I have recently opened my demat and trading with zerodha having Clint code CV7834.
      It is to intimate that my account has only facility of trade in equity and I am unable to trade in derivative segment i.e. future and options trading.

      There fore, it is requested to add derivative segment i.e. futures and options to my account having Clint code CV7834.

                    zerodha - worst service

                    I got bad experience with zerodha,
                    For account opening zerodha will be more active to take entry fee from us.
                    Later disappeared.

                    I have raised a segment activation request on may 8th, till now they haven't enabled.

                    I received a mail on may 10th like segment activation is approved.
                    But when i start trading : this exchange segment is not enabled for your account. Enable by visiting:...

                    Dear sir,
                    I am ramkrishna shivram shinde the trading consumer of the zerodha commodity private limited
                    With ucc of client id-vg1635. I have traded in the silver and crude oil on mcx india on dated
                    20/04/2020. With following details
                    1) position brought forwarded from previous trading session crudeoil20aprfut buy 600 quantity, rs 1436=00 gross rate.
                    2) crudeoil20aprfut during intraday trading buy 800 quantity & sell 600 quantity.
                    3) crudeoil20aprfut net buy 800 quantity gross rate rs 1343=12 total amount rs[protected] margin money rs 565130=00 this is the position of crudeoil at time-16:53:00
                    4) silver net position sell 10 lots gross rate rs 42836=00 on same date up to time 13:56:59.
                    After some time at 15:30 hrs zerodha commodity pvt ltd given me the following e-mail to
                    My registered mail id detailed bellow
                    "your commodity utilization has reached 100.24% of your available balance
                    Add funds on http://kite.zerodha.com/funds immidiatly to avoid square off"
                    Team zerodha
                    Then after i have closed my position by selling silver 10 lots time 15:34:06 on same day. Mean while not a single phone or sms or email is given to me for the closing the open position of crude oil from zerodha from time-15:35:00 to time-17:00:00. As the same way when the margin exceeds the limit.

                    I have tried many times but it does not get closed due to same server problem of zerodha still time 16:54:00 to closing time of market still 17:00:00. At that time my account is having the amount of rs 969753=00 & margin money for standing position rs 565130=00. Total amount rs 1534883=00. Due to server problem of zerotha my position not gets closed at that time.

                    Then after mcx market gets closed at 17:00:00 at that time the price of crude oil 100 quantity was rs 981=00.
                    Zerodha had kept open crude oil position on his own accord from 15:00:00 to 24;00:00 still closing the global commodity market for which how i am responsible the position was not closed due the server problem of zerodha commodity pvt ltd.
                    I phoned to zerodha but the did not get respond also not pick up the registered phone number call also. On dated 21/04/2020 time 05:44 given me the email that zerodha has closed the my position at the rate rs 1=00 with minus rs 1076839.97. (Ten lac seventy six thousands eight hundred thirty nine rupees and ninety seven paisa}
                    Then given me the email on dated 21/04/2020 time 08:37 that previous closing is not final settlement the final settlement is minus rs 2883.72.& my pay out is blocked
                    Then given me the email on dated 21/04/2020 time 08:51. The margin status of minus amount of rs107086.64. (One lac seven thousands eighty six rupees and sixty four paisa)
                    Then given me the email on dated 21/04/2020 time 22:06. To pay the final settlement amount at the rate rs (-) 2884=00 the total amount is rs 2308002.31. (Twenty three lac eight thousands two rupees and thirty one paisa) on the contrary my accounts shows me to pay rs 2415088.95. (Twenty four lac fifteen thousands eighty eight rupees and ninety five paisa) which is totally wrong & injustices to me without considering my account balance rs 1534883=34. (Fifteen lac thirty four thousands eight hundred eighty three rupees & thirty four paisa)
                    My say in this regards to give me the natural justices to settle the trade at closing price on dated 20/04/2020 time 17:00:00. Because i wants to close the position at that time but due to server problem it is not closed at the rate rs 981=00 is 800*981=784800=00. My account balance amount is rs 1534883.34 minus 784800=6319983.66 to my account and allow me to close this demat account to stop trading from this broking agency.

                      I contacted them they are not redunding me my money which is no theirs

                      They are saying its against their company policy?

                      I dont use their service or anythig..

                      After the amount charge i didnt even submit any document yet they are not ready to give me back my money

                      What is your policy? You can refund to some customers not for everyone??

                        I tried to reach out to you regarding opening my account but it's being more than 1.5 month now. I didn't open my account in zerodha.
                        Can you look into it? And refund my amount because now i opened the account from bank.
                        Transaction detail - rs. 300.00 spent from card 8826 on 08-mar-20 at pf*raz*zerodha broki. Additional rs. 100.00
                        I was not satisfied with the service hence close my account.

                              I have purchased Bajaj finance shares for intraday trading . I have tried to convert Mis shares of bajaj finance company to CNC delivery on April-09 at 3:05 PM. But the conversion of shares got failed due to Zerodha web application technical issue. I have enough balance in my account to purchase the share. I have reported the same in the form of complaint tickets on Zerodha but they are not responding to my created ticket id #[protected]. But there are other issues reported on zerodha post April-09, they resolved the issues except the current issue.
                              Due to their technical issue, i had to square of the MIS shares. For which i got a loss of around 90k on the day. I'm attaching three screenshots taken on that day, one is the dashboard where it shows i have enough balance in my account to purchase the shares and the second page is orders which shows there are no open orders placed and third page is positions where i tried to convert the bajaj finance MIS shares to CNC type.                                 Hi,

                                I have opened demat account in zerodha.

                                They haven't add nse and bse in segment since its a default option, i had complaint on 09th april, till now no response the tickets.

                                I have tried several way to reach customer support. But, no one picking my call, and email, and complaint #[protected].

                                Is this customer support level? I want know before start to invest.

                                    I have purchase total 10 nos of share of torantpharma yesterday in 2 lot.
                                    first is 2351.42 total 5 nos & second is 2320 total 5 nos.
                                    As per rule average should be 2335.72 but in my account observed 2361 which is not correct.
                                    Please find out what is issue & correct is as early as possible.

                                      My experience with Zerodha is not a good trading website.
                                      Please go with other companies.
                                      Zerodha has a very stringent process to open an account.

                                      Customer care guy will call you and explain once after receiving your money
                                      And your MONEY WILL NOT REFUNDED at any cost

                                      Don't waste money please opt other than Zerodha
