[Resolved] Zestmoney — Account Frozen for 2+ months

My account is Frozen for 2+ months. I've been paying my bills on time so I contacted customer care twice and both the times the agents had no idea what was the reason. They said it'll be resolved soon but I had to wait for around 2+ months with no resolution. So I thought about emailing them and they revert back by saying that they do not have any record of my registered email! I have proof of both which I'm attaching.

Updated by Rupsha1 The reason 801 complaints are showing resolved out of 1083 is because they are marked resolved as soon as you post them they are marked resolved! WOW!!! Great way of resolving the issue!!!

Please be informed that your credit limit is in a frozen state due to the API risk issue until the 26th of July 2022, hence you will be able to transact post 26th of July 2022.

We realize this could be disappointing; however, we do not have any other alternates to extend support to you.
