      Zestmoney — Payment failed

      I had bill due on 5th octoberfor 5024.i paid through gpay and money was debited from my bank account. got confirmation from gpay as well.but in zest it didn't reflect.chatted with an unprofessional and rude agent parth karan. Asked me to pay again or it will affect my credit score. I asked for a manager and he just left the chat. Left me hanging after loss of money and insulted me on chat. And now from tomorrow they will start harassing me...

      I tried to ordered some products on myntra on the 2nd of Oct ' 22. However, the order has not been processed due to a payment gateway failure, but Zest has processed the loan incorrectly. Please team Zest, i request you to kindly remove/cancel the invalid loan.

        I had done transaction on MI Store and paid my order by using zest money for which I had to get 5000Rs cashback after 3 successful emi payment and after payment of emi i didn't get any cashback for that transaction i had contact customer service but no proper resolution from their end, only giving false hope and telling to have patience from 2 months.

        I bought croma voucher in zestmoney . I approved the loan amount and proceed to generate the voucher. It showed that the voucher and pin will be sent to my mail .But i didnt recieved it yet...

        Loan taken from zest money on 01/10/2022 of amt RS 31000/- having loan noLXN-J[protected] financed through Aditya birla capital but it is not credited into my account yet.

        Kindly check as it showing active in zest money app and also I had recieved welcome letter from Aditya birla capital.

        So, Request you to please disburse or cancel the same on immediate basis.

        This is utterly shameful, I have addressed the issue with too many NACH presented for my account and you guys incurring extra charges on my account hence I have not made the payment of emi till the issue is resolved.

        You have sent someone to my house who is harassing my old parents, I will now take legal action and also involve Police as this is not done and I will not be scared by such actions, I am also involving RBI to take...

        Applied for a personal loan on 23september..they said it will be credited into your account withing 3 days..now its 30september amd autodebit schemes were all set up but the amount isnt credited into my account...called atleast 10 times all they have to say was will look into it and will process..if you cant do the job properly you shouldnt be providing this kind of services...

        I have credit limit of 74000 approved.but when I go to use there is an error application under review it will take less than 24 hour. This error showing me from last 3 month. When I talk to your support team they tell me your bank statement not updates here mail your last 3 months bank statement then your credit limit will be activated in 24 hours. I already mail many times but still now not solved this issue. last time on 27 sep i email...

        I applied for my loan on 25 August and it was supposed to get approved by the end of August. Now it's almost October and still no confirmation has been recieved by me. I tried calling and have send three emails to your company's customer assistants but I have not gotten any reply.
        Now coming to the bigger issue. My EMI of the loan will be deducted automatically on 5th October. Why should I pay the EMI when I did not even get the loan?...

        I took a loan of 196000 from Zest Money for 12 months(January to December) repaid the entire amount in the month of July and to my surprise in the month of December Zest Money updated in CIBIL that I did not make a payment of Rs2400 and by the time I came to know about the CIBIL reporting as Did not Pay days more than 120 days. It was a great shock to me because in my entire 10 Years of my finances I never had any pending payments.
