Zestmoney — ZestMoney - Refund not received

I was supposed to receive a refund of 566, Myntra processed the full refund of Rs. 566. Why did I only receive half of the amount when the payment date is 5th July? Why did it get adjusted towards bolt? Where is my money?
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible....

I requested many times to deactivate my zest money account but till now they won't do...If they don't close my account i will complaint in RBI..

I had opened account in zest money app. And also submitted documents for autopay setup. It taken 2days but also it was not verified. When i contact to customer service, they said, your signature in NACH mandate is cross done by you, so please delete that mandate and submit new mandate with straight signature. And I had done that.
Today is 15th day, till now it was deleted .
So please solve my issue as early as possible.

My account is Frozen for 2+ months. I've been paying my bills on time so I contacted customer care twice and both the times the agents had no idea what was the reason. They said it'll be resolved soon but I had to wait for around 2+ months with no resolution. So I thought about emailing them and they revert back by saying that they do not have any record of my registered email! I have proof of both which I'm attaching....

The refund was issued as follows
1. Nykaa fashion, 29th may, amount -Rs168.
2. Nykaa fashion, 06th june, amount -Rs198.
3.Myntra, Loan amount Rs.4765 has not been closed the refund was issued by the myntra about more than a week ago

I have zest money using more than six months, first three months working fine after I am facing ecs related issues last two months.amount detected from my a/c more than 5000 rupees. I have paid last emi June 6th and I got two ecs returns charges June 5 of rs 1500 something and June 6th 2900 something and last month 1500 something. I got some amount to my account for emergency purpose now that money has deducted for ecs return.customer care...

Hi,

I have closed my loan on May 25th, 2022. Loan ID: C[protected].
Initially, when I contacted the customer support to issue my NOC they told me wait for 30 days. I have waited patiently and today (27th Jun, 2022), I tried contacting them again, now they are saying I want to wait another 30 days.

It's totally unfair. and am able to see many complaints regarding this. why an reputed company is cheating...

I have paying my EMIs in time, but there is a shortfal rec-ach rtn ctrazorpay through which money is debiting from my account. But I want to know about this regards in details. How much money will be charge for shortfal charge.

    I always thought zest is very good and promising to their users but when I tried first time they show how bad and fraud they are.     I have taken loan from zest money to pay back in 3emis .I have paid everything on time.i closed my loan on 5April 2022.But suddenly my cibil score decreased because their partner company mentioned that I need to pay outstanding amount.I immediately contacted zest money they told me everything is clear we will talk to iifl on 30th May they have taken complaint they told me they will resolve the issue the is 5 to 7 working days till now it...

    Hello,

    A loan account from zestmoney has been wrongly reported to CIBIL and is not being rectified instead of repeated followups. I took a loan from zestmoney for 39, 999 and cancelled it immediately. Even then there is an overdue of 833 marked on my cibil report.

    Zestmoney — Purchased Amazon voucher not yet received

    Hi,

    I have purchased one Amazon voucher card worth of 4317 and I got confirmation mail but my voucher details not get till yet, no of times contacted with customer support team of them and they don't giving me a proper answer and asking me to wait another 48 hours, they guide me to put a mail and i did same but there is no reply of that .

      My name is Kiran Cherukuri. I have been paying zest money loan EMIs manually since 6 months as the ECS mandate with bank is not working. Also this june month i have made emi payments within due dates of 5th and 6th and after 10 days I have preclosed the 6 out of 7 loans tgrou manual process in the zest money app. But they charged ECS return charges by sending emi debit request to bank for completed payments. This is so stupid from banks end....

      These loans are pre closed and i pay before due time
      I have requested zest money many times for NOC but zest money not provide NOC and not update my CBIL,
      these loans are shown active and high impact loan. Due to which my Qabil score is getting worse.

      I ordered a product on Myntra amount 2099 and made payment through zest money but order was not placed and declined by Myntra due to payment failure but zestmoney is saying they transferred the payment to Myntra and Myntra saying they didn't transfer the money they blaming each other zest money has started my emi and not cancelling it why should I pay emi that amount i not used...
