they just making people fool and charge interest in the name of cashback, please lookinto the matter and resolve and please do claim cashback and compensation as they not paid since 1year

I have not received my interest cash back since March 2023 and not getting any proper response from the team. The loan department is now moved to Adithya Birla finance and as the AB there is no contract of providing cash back.

Registered number is [protected] I'm using zestmoney for more than 5 years and so far there was no missed payment in the past. I have cleared without taking any settlement options and closed all the loans.

ZestMoney didn't have a proper system that if I paid loan they didn't update the CIBIL Report properly. I raised the ticket with Zestmoney CIBIL report team they resolved that case after 2year with shutting them to do close my loan, and need to share NOC.

Right now Zestmoney Portal says that "Your credit limit has been blocked. As per the updated guidelines, profiles with a history of irregular/ delayed payment with other financial institutions are subject to a credit limit block."

My Cibil Score is Good State. From also most 2 years ZestMoney Systems didn't re-review the application. And the customer support is very poor if the system has blocked my credit limit they should have informed. I don't know what eligibility they are looking for and they don't even bother to inform the customer that there is an issue there staff don't know what work they are doing no proper response and very bad services they are there to just Loot money.

I have closed my loan on 24th Jan 2024 which appears open in CIBIL till date. If called to zest money, they are giving DMI Finance number in which I am unable to connect without my registered phone number. I have no access to my old number [protected]. I am using [protected].

Please help in closing this loan in CIBIL

As i m got fraud by zest money. As i had a auto debit facility from nach that every time my emi of zest money getting debited from my account without failure and i had paid all emi timely.but on my last emi i m getting fraud or manipulate by team ..Rs 1 not debited from my account that will be less from my emi ..and also impacted on my cibil record..too many emails or calls to zest money customer service but no one is answering. When i had sufficient balance in my account then why not debited full amount from my account..?

I was reached out by a person from Zest money for loan repayment. I had a discussion with him on message and on call and quoted that i know the amount to be repayed is 6886 and they agreed and did not correct the amount even for once. i asked them to send the link and i will pay. and then i received a link to pay 6889 rs. which i did. the link was send by Kisetsu Saison finance, credit saison india. which is also the lending partner of zest money accoridng to their app and website. So I obviously saw that its from lending partner and its almost the same amount and i paid it. then i reported to that person and he said that is fraud and send another link which was for only 4068 which he did not correct when i talked to him.

I want to point out that this person did not correct me about the loan amount and was willing to commit fraud while being in cohoots with credit saison.

when i click on the link, it still shows that zest money loan credit. following is the link:

My complaint is he wanted to commit fraud and that is the reason he did not correct me and then he proceeded to commit fraud along with someone from kisestsu saison. this matter needs urgent attention and i want to recover my money.

It's almost been a month and it's still hasn't been resolved yet nor I have recieved any response from the customer support

I have taken loan in the name Manvi Shrikrishna Alias Mayur Shinde .I took a no cost purchase. They told me that interest will be refunded as cashback now it's 14 months no cashback is credited till now it comes to around 7000 plus cashback please get it done as soon as possible...

What the hell is wrong with your company, why so many complaints against you??

My PAN is added to unknown Zest account and there is loan with that and its effecting my CIBIL score,

I request you to close my account and take necessary action against that person,

I took a study loan (Loan Id- 41A4017F7442) from Zest Money in the year 2020 and repaid the complete amount at the end of 2020. The loan is still showing active and due to this, I am not getting any other loans. I have been following up since 2021 but neither their support number ([protected]) is active nor they are responding over emails.
I need the NOC of my loan and the same to be marked as completed on all the necessary portals.

I have taken iPhone of 60, 000 rs last year in December. Loan from zest money application last December 2022.and I have given my all the installments on time but I didn't received any cashback from last 7 months as you can check . I have called you so many times on zest money helpline numbers ( I have all the call recordings) but all the executive gaves me different reasons .someone said you will receive the cashback on tomorrow, someone said you will receive the cashback on 15th, 31st etc. but didn't receive cashback yet. I want my cashback now because it enough now !! Now I can even file a case against this because you guys have harassed me a lot. Nd also zest money sends me the message late fee charge of 250 rs. Pay although all the emi's deducted on time

I have been paid my monthly EMI on 5th of this month . But zestmoney as been charged me over due charge of 250 rs . I have been mailed my complaint and zest money team didn’t respond it . Zest money team does not have any contact details or customer service in the app . Thy have been uploaded they are contact number but always it will be bsy or don’t exist.

I have auto debit set for my EMI, which was deducted from my bank. However the zest money app shows that I have defaulted in repayment. I have the auto debit receipt, my cibil score will be affected due to their incomplete updation....

I have taken a loan of 15000 through the ZestMoney app (showing financed by HeroFinCorp) which was closed on 7 May 2023 but even after 7 months it is still showing Active on all the online credit platforms and in my cibil report with overdue charges and bad credit report.

I have tried contacting customer support but no help was provided.
Please resolve this issue as it has decreased my cibil score from 800+ to 400's and causing me so many problems.

I have purchased Redmi note 12 5g on Sep 7 2023 for the amount of 13.5k on 8 months of No cost emi and as per their policy I was supposed to receive the interest amount as cashback after paying the emi dues ...it's been more than 4 months now and I haven't received any cashback for last 4 emi I've been my dues on time..tried contacting their customer support but no response emailed them 4 times still no response from them

I did my MBA through EMI (ZEST Money) for tenure of 24 months usually the automation payment date is 5th or 6th of every month, for the final month of the tenure which is on (january 2024) I paid amount through the Zest app on January 3rd after that app showed like 24/24 which means I've completed my EMI tenure and entire loan amount has been paid but after that on 6th of january another payment has been taken which is an extra amount. I've attached photo copy of the payment. so kindly give me a resolution and getting my money back.

On 5th of jan my autopay date was there my one emi got deducted twice for loan id : 65B338E99775 i tried calling mailed but no reply kindly refund my emi back asap
