Zestmoney — Account Frozen for a long period of time

Hi
I am having a complaint.
I am having a credit limit of Rs.30000 from zest money
In November 2022, my account was shown as blocked and will be unblocked within 90 days.
Its November 2023 now
Have completed 1 year right now.
Have contacted the customer care more than 100 times now and they are giving me the same response hat is my account will get unblocked within 90 days and a year had passed by!
Very bad professionalism by the zestmoney team!
