[Resolved] Zestmoney — account not cancelled after numerous attempts

They advertise and do not let you know the complete details of the load once you process your loan then you come to know the extra interest charges; and now I have changed my mind to not purchase anything using their loan voucher and asked them to cancel my account; Its been 3 weeks and more than 5 to 6 calls and email replies they fail to cancel my account.

I am afraid that I will be charged for something which I have not used since they have linked my bank account to this loan I have also contacted my bank to let them know about this and asked them to not accept any automated charges since they activated something called as NACH.

Got a call stating that my loan has been canceled; Logged on to check the same and seems to be taken care of; Thank you for your assistance. Will keep a close watch if anything changes.
