Hello Team ZestMoney!
I'm a customer since more than 4 years. Never a late payment with Zestmoney. Not even during 2020, when Corona hit.
Today while using the app I was suddenly asked for KYC details again. This was the first time after the initial KYC-details were asked for when starting to use the app. That was actually great, because I had some changes in my income (big increase since starting to use ZestMoney- yay!!) and was happy that I can finally update this.
After KYC I got a notification, that my credit-limit is XXX (forgot the exact amount, but more than 1 Lakh minus the loans, that I already have with ZestMoney. My credit limit is shown as active.
In the afternoon I wanted to purchase something from Amazon, but the payment got declined. We had a power outage, so I thought it was due to that and I tried again after some time. Again it got declinded.
What is wrong? This never happened before. Why am I not getting a message, if I cannot use my credit limit? Why is it shown as active, when it is not useable?
