We understand that your concern is regarding the voucher issue.
We are extremely sorry to hear this and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
This is not the service we want you to experience from us. We deeply regret the trouble you had to face with ZestMoney, which led you to write to the consumer forum channel.
We request you to Please follow the steps listed below to activate your loan:
1. Login into your ZestMoney account
2. Click on the 'Get Voucher' tab'
3. View the voucher
4. Once you view the voucher, your loan will be activated.
To view your voucher, please follow the below steps:
1. Please log in to your account at the ZestMoney website.
2. Click on the EMIs option
3. Click on loan ID(Ongoing loan)
4. Click on View voucher(top corner of the page).
Note: The view voucher tab is not available in the mobile application. Please use the below link to view the voucher on the desktop website:
