As we understand, your query is regarding the approval of your credit limit.
I see that you are yet to submit the updated bank statements.
At ZestMoney, we require the latest 3 months revised bank statements from 01/06/2022 till 31/08/2022, in PDF format where your Full Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code are clearly mentioned. Debit, Credit and Total balance columns should be different.
If your bank statement does not mention the IFSC code, please share a picture of a cancelled cheque. Also, If the statement is password protected, we would require the password too.
This can be downloaded from the net banking services available with your bank.
Please upload the same to the process by logging into your application, and if you face any error, please share the statement to the same mail.
[Note: Passbook /Payslip/M-passbook/ Mini Statement/Paytm/cheque copy is not acceptable as proof for the bank statement.]
