1 ] Account number (Lender ID).

2] Lender Name.

3] Sanction amount.

4] Current balance and overdue (If any)

5] The issue which you are facing.

6] If related to DPD, please share the month name and number of days that are incorrectly updated.

7] Please do mention the name and date of the credit bureau on which you are checking the details.

In addition, if you face any problem in sharing the details, you can also provide a screenshot of the credit report.
