6th instalment EMI amount of Rs. 8973.59 was auto debited on March 5th, 2023. But the cashback interest amount of Rs. 772.21 is not credited to my account yet (as on 7th April, 2023).
Upon contacting customer service several times, I am getting only pre-loaded templates as replies. I am attaching the responses given by the representative.
Can you spot any differences between the two responses? I found one ;)

Pity on how the training team, trains their representatives to use pre-loaded templates...without even understanding what their customers are going through...
It is 7th April today...EMI amount of Rs. 8973.59 was deducted on 5th April, 2023..attached the screenshot..but the cashback amount for the previous month is not yet credited.
ZestMoney is very effective in sending reminders for auto-debit on 5th of every month..But when it comes to crediting back the cash back amount...the reply is "Our concerned team is still working on your request, and we will get back to you as soon as we receive updates from their end".
ZestMoney is not favouring paying cash from their pocket..It is just our money to be given back to us in the name of cashback...Zest entitled to agree what they promise for their customers..
Deeply saddened with the way they preform in par with their competitors..
