I had taken e voucher for Rs10000. 00 (ten thousand only) through zest money on 18mnth have to pay emi=736/m total 13240.00(thirteen thousand two hndred forty rups only) through applicant id no. NJDI311040, vocher code-XRAH-W72G-HS-EFV3(please dont miss use). My zest money customer Id[protected], through mobile no. - [protected], [protected]@gmail.com. I had talk with zest money customer care they said the marchant can cancel. I want to cancel this e voucher and want return my zest credit amount 10000.00. Was this information helpful? Verified Support Jul 01, 2018 ZestMoney Customer Care's response Hi Ajay Kumar, Thank you for contacting us. I have raised the cancellation request with the merchant. If the voucher code has been added in your account, we will not be able to process the voucher code cancellation. The cancellation takes 10 days, as we need to contact the merchant and once we receive the update that the voucher is not used, then the loan cancellation will be processed. We have noted your information. For privacy concerns, you can delete your contact details and voucher code.
