I am submit request loan of rs 10000 to purchase our bed room cup board i am also visited flipcart site and many type of cup board product watch their in site but cop board value very high and my loan finger not match with product price than i am deside to cancel the loan so i give you a request please cancel my loan than i am submitted new figer to purchase cup board so please cancel my loan of rs 10000 and also i have submit my personal loan on zest money before a week loan was approved but money not transfer in my account so please immediately process my personal loan transfer in my account

We value your relationship with ZestMoney. According to the terms and conditions once the voucher code is activated we'll not accept the cancellations. However, as a one-time exception, we'll forward for cancellation. If the voucher code has been added in your account, we will not be able to process the voucher code cancellation.

The cancellation takes 10 days, as we need to contact the merchant and once we receive the update that the voucher is not used, then the loan cancellation will be processed.
