Greetings from ZestMoney! Thank you for writing to us.
As we understand, your concern is regarding the voucher issue for the loan ID: 9024D4B66655.
Please be informed that your loan is not in active status, hence we request you to kindly follow the steps mentioned below.
Please follow the steps listed below to activate your loan:
1. Login into your ZestMoney account
2. Click on the 'Get Voucher' tab'
3. View the voucher
4. Once you view the voucher, your loan will be activated.
To view your voucher please follow the below steps:
1. Please log in to your account at the ZestMoney website.
2. Click on the EMIs option
3. Click on loan ID(Ongoing loan)
4. Click on View voucher(top corner of the page).
Note: The view voucher tab is not available in the mobile application, please use the below link to view the voucher on the desktop website:
