Hi team,

I don't want the loan for the above mentioned application id. I have called many times to zest and it seems they are trying not to solve my issue as per your policy if i have not redeemed the vouchers before 30 days you can cancel it still you re not helping the customer.

Kindly cancel it asap. It will be great help if you are looking into the issue quickly.

We're sorry to hear about the bad experience you had with us. As discussed, the cancellation request has been shared with the merchant. Once the voucher code has been canceled, your loan application will be closed and the same will be communicated via SMS / Email.
