Zestmoney — Cashback not received for 2 months

I have one ongoing loan with zestmoney which is no cost emi. every month i receive cashback. for march and april i haven’t received cashback. while i am calling to the zestmoney customer care, they always saying technical problem. i am not getting any solution. please help me on this.
