I have been trying to change my bank account from 10th September 2022 and inspite of sharing them for 4 times, the customer service team is not doing the needful. All replies i get is to keep resharing the bank statements.
Due to the non change of Bank statements, the interest cashbacks are not issued by them.
My time is getting spent on talking to them for a long time, for sharing bank statement and for replying to them. Not sure the team is well equipped to handle the issues of a consumer. Was this information helpful? |
