Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with the financial services provided by ZestMoney. I had taken a loan from ZestMoney Loan ID : [ 7948A6F53348 ] and made the required payments on time. However, I recently discovered that ZestMoney failed to make a payment on MAR'23 to their vendor (Piramal Housing Finance), which resulted in a negative impact on my credit score and reduced it by almost 100 points.
I have contacted ZestMoney multiple times regarding this issue, but they have failed to take any action to resolve the situation. As a result, I have suffered financial damage and a negative impact on my credit score, which is a serious concern for me.
Along with this issue, for the month of october i.e.[protected] repayment of amount 9907 was completed from my end. Till date I haven't received the interest cashback of 1448 Rs. Same is the case with my March & April month payment as well which was completed on[protected] &[protected].
I request you to kindly look into this matter and investigate the actions of ZestMoney for their negliance. I believe that their failure to make a payment to their vendor (Piramal Housing Finance) and the resulting damage to my credit score is a violation of the guidelines and regulations set by the Reserve Bank of India.
I request that you take appropriate action to ensure that ZestMoney follows the rules and regulations set by the RBI, and that they provide me with the appropriate compensation for the damage caused. I have attached the relevant documents and evidence to support my claim.
