Verified Support Oct 04, 2018 ZestMoney Customer Care's response Hi Ankit Gupta, Thank you for contacting us. I have raised the cancellation request with the merchant. If the voucher code has been added in your account, we will not be able to process the voucher code cancellation. The cancellation takes 10 days, as we need to contact the merchant and once we receive the update that the voucher is not used, then the loan cancellation will be processed. | |||||
