Hi I am using zest money from last 3-4 years.
Bt from last 1 year they are playing game with customers.
They freezes my credit limit approx 8months ago and on asking the reason they only tell that it is temporary...and it will unfreez as soon as possible.
Bt it's been 8months now ...they keep saying the same words that is as soon as possible...
And on requesting them to transfer call to seniors than also they are not allowing me to talk to seniors...only saying is senior is busy in other calls...
And from last 8months they are not even clearing me the reason...only saying that it is temporary...don't know why they are doing this to us...
I am afraid that they will do scam with our doc's and bank account...
