[Resolved] Zestmoney — deduction of emi without accepting the loan money | |||||
Sir, my number is [protected] and i applied for a loan with all the details asked in the zestmoney. They verified my details and they approved my loan. Then i called the customer care without accepting the loan. The customer care people said that the loan will get cancelled automatically if don't use voucher within a month and i havent used it and now dyer t 2.5 months they started deducting emi from my account. Verified Support Jan 02, 2019 ZestMoney Customer Care's response Hi Venkatasubramanian, We appreciate the opportunity to assist you with your ZestMoney account. We value your relationship with ZestMoney. Voucher cancellation is subjected to the Merchants approval. As an exception, we have taken the request for cancellation of your Loan. We will forward your request and inform you of the status of cancellation once we receive an update from Merchant. Post confirmation from the Merchant the loan will be canceled which takes around 5 - 10 business days. Please do not redeem the voucher while the cancellation is in process. Once the voucher is redeemed it will not be canceled. Team ZestMoney. | |||||
