Zestmoney — Didn't receive my offer cashback since 3 month

I bought a mobile from relience digital with zest money with the offer of 10% cachback after 3 successfull EMI.

My last and EMI i paid on 5th November and offer cachback should be credit after 15 days of 5th November but still i am waiting for that.

I called more then 50 times in customer support. i write more then 50 mails at [protected]@zestmoney.in but i didnt get cachback.

The one senior executive employee Ms. Komal always asking me time of 7 working days but she couldn't resolve my offercash back issue.

From zestmoney i am getting only this email as a reply

Finally i am choosing to delete my account of ZESTMONEY without getting offer cachback.

Sometimes i made a check list by my self while talking to callcenter guy of zest money like this

Did i pay all emi on time?

Did i wait for 15 days affter last emi?
Yes

Is my auto debit verified?
Yes

Do i eligible for cashback?
Yes

Did i politelty wait for a month?
Yes

Did i politelty wait for a another a month?
Yes

Did i politelty wait for a third month?
Yes

Did i send all document along with Bill, Loan Agreement, BankStatement?
Yes

Do i want to wait more?
No: [Yes] because ms. Komal wants me to wait till monday: (Komal is definitly sure i will get my cachback)

How much time it will take to credit cachback in relative account?
N/A (Abdul-Senior Executive is not sure when?)

Will i get cashback or not?
