[Resolved]  Zestmoney — ecs bounced twice and credit score get affected even after loan cancellation request

I have requested on email to cancel my loan but even after that my ecs bounced twice and due to that my credit score got affected. They have not informed me to maintain balance in the bank for emi and it will be refunded after cancellation of loan. It is completely their mistake. Due to them my credit score got highly affected. Please help. They have also blocked my account.
