Dear Sir,
I am Prasanjit Ghosh loan id BSPN282359 dt 21June2018 total amount 14999rs 6 month sceame 2500 rs each month. I pay continues 5month upto November but due to my business work I go to Arunchal Pradesh deep jungle area no mobile coverage area I didn't pay my last Emi in Dec 2 time ECS return 18/1/2019 I request I pay my emi but I can't return due to accident i didn't pay due to emergency work pressure but I return back now I check in between zest money hit several time ECS return due to insufficient fund in account almost 3300 rs till last Emi outstanding. So I request solve my problems I pay last Emi now but my amount back and solve immediately.

Iam shehansha.. December 2021 on this month my repayment of 564rs delayed due to iam hospitalised. I repayed the money today. But in my account debited, 413rs, 398rs, 413rs from my account seeing as ECS charge. I repayed the amount 814today. Please refund ecs charges. Iam hospital and there is no money for the bill payment. Kindly please refund my money.
