[Resolved] Zestmoney — Emi deducted in spite of cancellation of order | |||||
In spite of many reminders and trail mail, there was ecs mandated on my bank account, i had already cancelled the order and all delay was from their side but still, there was an ecs hit on my account for emi of rs. 2446. On 27th feb 16 which was rejected. This business in name of startup had started misleading innocent people and cheating on them, Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Feb 28, 2017 ZestMoney Customer Care's response Hey Satabdi, We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused. The EMI has been debited as per the agreed schedule because Valuecart (the company with whom you placed the order) hasn't canceled the order. As you may be aware that we are just a payment facilitator and depend on Valuecart to inform us about the cancellation. Once Valuecart confirms the cancellation we will cancel the loan and refund the amount, including EMI amount debited, if any. However, if there are any penalty charges by bank, be rest assured that we will compensate the same.
