I purchased a Iphone from zest money with no cost EMI, and according to zestmoney i have to pay the interest with the EMI but I will get the cashback for the same, I paid the EMI on first of March and today is april 11 and even today there is no resolution no cashback received till yet.
i will never pay any emi amount any i will take legal action from this company and policy also.
Worst experience so far. Zestmoney have a chat option but a reply takes hours and hours with no proper solution. when it comes to deduction from a customer’s account there is no technical error but to process a refund they will always have a technical error.
