I purchased a MacBook Air at Apple Store, Chennai for Rs. 99, 110.
12 months EMI payment was made using Zest. The first installment payment of Rs. 8973.59 was made using the HDFC Net banking through Zest Mobile App on 07-Oct. Screenshot of the Netbanking payment was sent already.
But the payment status is not updated on Zest App and keep on sending EMI reminders and late payment charges. Now it shows EMI Rs.9223.59 is overdue. The screenshot of the message is already sent.
Upon sending multiple reminders, The Support Team doesn't even care to fix the issue. Rather sending automated message "Your request (989791) has been updated". But the payment is not updated yet.
Extremely unhappy with the Zest App payment process and the Support Team. In the future i would refrain using Zest App for valuable purchases.
