[Resolved]  Zestmoney — generating loan in zestmoney without our knowledge and vouchers are using

I have opened the zest money application…there i clicked amazon website it is not loaded for a period of 2-3 minutes. Suddenly after that i got a login page i have entered my mobile number there i got otp. I have entered the otp…from there onwards i don’t know what is happening in my account
I have not requested the amazon gift vouchers automatically it is generated without my knowledge. Zest money team send me the agreement form of vouchers. The real fact is that i have not generated those vouchers
I have contacted the zest money that without my knowledge vouchers are generated. I asked zest money to cancel the vouchers. They said once vouchers are generated it cannot be cancelled

On 29th march 2020
On the next day i was compromised and since the vouchers are already generated i decided to use them and try to add the voucher to my amazon pay account. Vouchers are showing it is already redeemed. I came to know that someone accessed my zest money account.
Then i have contacted again zest money they send the false statement vouchers are added to my mobile number. When i send the amazon pay transaction history to them and asked them to check the history they also came to know that i am not used the vouchers. Without checking their database they are saying false statement
I also contacted amazon team to which account the vouchers are added. Due to the security reasons amazon team have not revealed the mobile number but they confirmed that it is not added to my account based on transaction history
Zest money team came to conclude that there is a suspicious activity in the account. I don’t know the date of birth in my zest money account is also changed. Then the zest money team suggested me to contact cybercrime cell so that we can investigate with our internal team members and provide the solution to you in a legal manner. When i filed the case in the cybercrime they are not investigating. They are not providing any solution
Not investigating.

I hereby say to that zest money is not maintaining any security in their website…see the applications like phonepe twallet and paytm they are having security.. I havent seen any security mentioning in their website or application like pci-dss security compliance, nortan security, quickheal security etc.. They don’t have any of the securities.

I requested zest money people to provide the following details of my account only they didnt provides me
From the month january onwards i what the loans which taken in my account?
Amount of loan sanctioned to me and emi tenure of than loan along with interest?
Gift vouchers provided for me and where the gift vouchers are used transaction done using that gift voucher?

When i login into my zest money account how you provide my account access to a unknown fraud person edwin. It’s a criminal activity. I think the zest money persons only used the vouchers
Mainly i want the total details of the loan which is taken recently i. E., 13100rs

How much amount is redeemed and which account the gift vouchers are redeemed?

What is the mobile no and email id to which the gift cards are added? In this case i want the mobile no of edwin and email id
Amazon is not providing all the details to me. Amazon is not responsible to provide all the details

I also requested zest money team also that you contact amazon and put the vouchers on hold atleast and provide the voucher balance atleast to me.. I will use that vochers... They havent helped that also..

I suggest dont purchase anything in zest money.. It is not secure.

i havent applied the loan on zest money...amazon vouchers are generated and used..why your team is generating false statements everytime...firstly when i contacted the zest money your team said that the vouchers are added to my mobile number...when I send the amazon pay balance history then your team said vouchers are used by someone named edwin...recently your team person saying that fraud is not done in your account..fraud is done in natarajan mani account..if the fraud is not done in my account how the loan is generated...why i am unable to use those vouchers...why theses vouchers are saying already in use...dont provide the false statement...

i want below details mandatory

as a consumer i have right to ask my account details...

to which account the amazon vouchers generated in my zest money account are added ( mobile no and email id)
why are you not answering to above question
i have right to know it...i want the mobile no to which vouchers are added and redeemed...please dont provide false satatements...

still my problem is not resolved...how a person can access my account and person named abin's account...I lost 131000rs he lost 31000rs...same amazon vouchers are generated and used by edwin...it means your application is not secure...we both want solution regarding this...my loan account no is 67FE96F75BB9 and abin loan account no is B273469CAC5A4...cyber crime is not responding...please highlight this issue by zest money team...i request the zest money team to hold the vouchers from EDWIN and claim them...and cancel the loan for us..

I think zest money is not secure...it will impact your reputation..find the person edwin..
