[Resolved] Zestmoney — I am not able to redeem the voucher of amazon which has been issued to me

Hi team,

I have been issued with 4 vouchers of all together rs.38000. The voucher code is as follows:

When ever i am redeeming it on amazon it is giving error. I am paying the emi of rs.2778 every month and contacting you guys on chat for help but not getting it. Please get this resolved asap.

ZestMoney Customer Care's response We apologize that we did not provide adequate service to you, we have passed feedback to the relevant teams. In regards to your loan, the cancellation request is submitted and currently, our finance team is working on getting the refund initiated for the EMI's that you paid.
