[Resolved] Zestmoney — Incorrect DPD showing in credit report | |
I have closed loan on July. But it is showing as closed on December after 91 days DPD. I have also contacted customer service team ince they told there is no correction required as information is correct. Later i mailed them again they are answering about credit limit even my question is clear they are answering about something else. From customer care team they are giving fake promises such as you will get call back within 24 hours but no one calls. I don't understand why they are making customers fools.
