[Resolved]  Zestmoney — kyc

I am an existing zest money user. They have recently introduced a new policy wherein users have to complete kyc to get there loan approved. My first complaint is i was never notified in advance about the new kyc process untill i went for applying a loan and got to know about it. Now while completing the kyc it never gave me an option for online kyc and the only option available was manual kyc wherein an agent will come to my house for kyc. Hence i applied for it on 14th oct selecting the slot for 15 oct between 4-8 pm. Since then no one has contacted me for kyc. I am calling or chatting with zest money agents everyday and they tell me that it is being handled on high priority but i dont receive any call. I would also like to conplaint about the zest money customer care as they dont know there own process. I spoke with more than 10 agents and they all tell me different things. Also they dont seem interested in solving users issue, instead they just try to end there conversation by giving fake promises and sometimes no response at all. This is an unprofessional behaviour and zest money should be held completely responsible for it. I would like zest money to know that there customer service agents are pathetic and useless. They dont know how to talk to a customer and also just sitting there and not doing there job properly. I want to take this complaint to the highest level possible and would like to forward this complaint to lizzie chapman so that she is aware about the same and would take strict action to fix this.

No matter what happens, i will find some or the other way to forward this to Lizzie Chapman. I want this to be escalated to the highest level so that strict action is taken towards the customer service team for Zest money as they are good for nothing.

i am pay all ready rs 949 and zest money call my registered mobile no.[protected] i am all ready done many time kyc but zest money costumer executive told me by call i am not completed my kyc i am all ready book slot to offline kyc and they give me time 8 am to 12 am but zest money employ not coming here in my address for that
