[Resolved] Zestmoney — loan already paid | |
This complain is regarding my loan number 78dc22170717 for which i have already paid the emi amount for october but it is still not updated on my account and it is asking me to pay again please check the transaction details of my account and update my account urgently, i am receiving daily reminders to pay it and it is very irritating for me to check it. As communicated over call, please pay EMI (rs 599) of one loan and for waiver of late payment fees of another loan, we will escalate to the concerned team to look into.
