Zestmoney — Loan approved but money not been credited to my account

Hello, I have applied for a loan on 1st of April 2023,
I got approved and the app shows that your application has been accepted and the loan amount has been disbursed in just few hours.

It’s been five days. I haven’t receive my money yet. I have been in contact with your support executive since 2nd of April. But they are saying that you will get your money by tomorrow or day after tomorrow or within two working days or three working days but till now it’s been five days, I haven’t received any amount from zest money into my bank account.

It’s so problematic for me kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
