Dear sir/madam,
I am applying 22 august 2018 in zest money loan in ur company, that loan also sanctioned but rate of interest is very high so that same day i was call customer care and told cancel the loan sanction amount, he also tell ok we are cancel your loan sanction amount, but now one mail received that loan successfully registered and automatically debit emi in your bank account, how is possible? I cannot activate your loan then how is deducte emi amount so please cancel my loan do the needful

ZestMoney Customer Care's response We apologize for any inconvenience caused, there are no active loans in your name. The last application was canceled as per your request, the notification you received was the NACH mandate being verified. However, since there is no loan active that will be canceled as well. We assure that they will not be any payments going out of your account.
