I have applied for the personal loan on 25th Dec 2022. It showed auto-approved. I waited for a couple of days and then contacted their support team. They asked to disable-enable the auto payment. After doing that I followed up again and they asked to signed auto debit/nach using otp method. After that I followed up and they asked to submit Bank Statement, which I did. Still the status stayed the same. I called them again and they asked to do KYC. Which I did, but the loan is still not activated: Loan ID: CD44D8C3B515.
I only see the attached picture status on the app.
And now everyday they were saying will send status on email wait for 12-24 hours. It has been 17 days. Its clear harassment. Please do the needful. Was this information helpful? |
