I had availed a loan with zest money #ZESCDLN00003F5D.
I have never missed a payment with any loans. The last Payment for the last Installment was made on 4th January 2023. One day prior to the due date via upi. Amount was debited from my account. On 7th i started getting payment reminders and i started contacting the customer service to inform that i have already paid. Providing all screenshots of the payment. (UPI payment, bank debit statement etc). On 10th i get reversal from UPI. And i do the payment immediately again.
There was no way for me to know that it was the issue with the UPI and not zest. Also, how is it my problem that thier payment gateway hasnt received the payment i have made from the channel provided by them.
Nevertheless, the repayment was done on 10th, January 2023. But my credit report still shows unpaid/pending/delayed since 88 days. This has clearly impacted my score.
I have been trying to contact customer care, but noboday is showing any resolution towards this. Not even the grievance manager. They are conveniently ignoring my mails/calls and queries.
I can provide any Screenshots/Chats/emails/statements etc.
