[Resolved] Zestmoney — loan process

I applied for 1.15 Lac loan through ZestMoney for a Great Lakes course. After applying through their online process, it says loan rejected. I called the customer care and they said reason is low credit score. I checked and my credit score is 750+ as per CIBIL. Now, they are not responding.

My concern is if at all they have some criteria, why don't they inform in advance so that consumers like us don;t get fooled by an easy loan perception, at the same we are sharing our confidential information for them when it is not required if the loan criteria is not meeting.

This is Natarajan, I'm not applied any loan from ghalla(zest Money) but I seen two times ghalla institution process loan for me and because of that I lost 80 scores in my cibil report, So I Wanna file case against ghalla institutions, Can any one help me to file case against ghalla
