For the month of october, I have three refunds from zest money to my bank account. I used zest money to buy some stuffs from myntra but later I returned the product so the refund amount for those items are refunded to my Zest money account. Now the problem is that for all those three refunds, that status is shown as - "settled to bank account" but I have not received any refund in my linked bank account.
Three refund items are marked in the screenshot attached.
