Hello, My name is Chethan HM, my mobile no. [protected]. my email ID - [protected]@gmail.com, I had booked a Headphone in Myntra App and Applied to Zest Money Loan, and Later cancelled the order and loan, product had not delivered to me and the loan has been cancelled in zest money app, but loan in showing as negtive in cibil and my cibil score has dropped 607, i have been writing emails and calling zest money customer care many times but they have not resolved this issue. Kindly request you to take action against this company.
