I want to opt for moritorium and give req on 23th may to till date of nd i received reply that i will receive call back regarding this withing 3 to 5 business days. I also talk with them and they also said your moratorium request in proces. Still they present ecs to my bank. I submitted bank statement also before lockdown i didn't bounce any emi. I paid emi till mar 20. And they are asking bank statement from jan 20 to june 20 also submitted it.
They are not providing me moritorium. Daily receive emi payment reminders
