Zestmoney — Offer Cashback not received

Hi my name is akshay hirani and i purchased mobile through reliance digital on july 2022 at that time 10 percent cashback offer through zestmoney, order amount is 28999 rs also emi closed in November 2022 and till this date already 5.5 months crossed but my offer cashback amount 2899 not received I already contacted customer care more then 50 times also raised 30 requests but zestmoney didn’t support to me or any customer.
