[Resolved]  Zestmoney — Paid loan reflecting in cibil as due also one not taken loan amount is also reflecting as active loan in account

I have closed my all loans with zestmoney on 4/11/2019. While doing my bank procedure I came to know that there are two active loans on my name from zestmoney.
One is of 5027 rs which is taken by me and also paid off. Still it's showing as due. It's affecting my cibil very badly and there is no any response from zestmoney on my complain.

One other loan of amount 20623 rs which is not even taken by me. Is also showing as due for payment. I have not even applied for such loan amount in zestmoney. Still it's showing on my name really cheap service.
