Zestmoney — Paid Off all my dues last month but my bank account was charged with 14000 rs

My dues were paid off on 16th march 2023 with due amount plus interest levied but still my account was debited with 14000 Rs. My total due amount was around 40000 i paid around[protected] on interest and then my account is being charged for 14000 Rs after a month. And they are saying this is non refundable Amount .
