1) i had requested your team to change my emi due date past two months still no one has bothered to check. Only when emi is pending during that period i get a call and ensure everything will be sorted out.
Ps: as my emi is due on 28th of every month and and i had requested to change on 5th or 10th of every month and your executive ensured they will do but not yet done.
2) when i login my zest money account, the data is not updated and same has been informed to your executive teams as well but still no updates from them.
3) when i see my transaction statement, there is some 675 interest has been added to my account every month and your team has no idea what is that.
4) i have paid 6 emi's as per your team information but still my balance amount is growing rather than reducing.
I need a clear cut clarifications on all above information untill and then i am not going to pay a single penny to you guys. I have all proofs (Call recordings, whatsapp msgs and screenshots).
Zest management, please train your people to behave with customers with basic ethics, they dont know what they speak. I am really sorry to write this mail since i am fedup of seeing the statements and service of your team and i have stopped recommending to my friends, family about zest money.
