[Resolved] Zestmoney — Personal Loan amount not received

My personal loan emi repayment has been activated now i can preclose my loan but the amazing thing about it is that my loan was disbursed on 2-1-2022 but till today[protected] i have not recieved single amount of loan in my bank account. Tired calling support mailing and even live chat they everyone tell me to wait 24 hours to 48 hours now it has been more then a week but still i have not recieved my loan amount send them bank statements and all. Actually my repayment history was good so i was offered personal loan from zestmoney so many times. So when i really required a loan the first thing on my mind was zestmoney but now i think i have made a huge mistake .
