[Resolved]  Zestmoney — regarding extra amount took from my bank account

Address:Ramkumar, 560030

I am paying the EMI on Proper date from starting onwards. But last three months due to my health issue i am paying EMI later. But while paying I am paying with a fine for the loan amount. But Zest money every month put deducted my bank account using Consolidated charge and for consolidated charges 18% tax. For 4000 Rs EMI these people charge 250 rs fine + consolidated charges 1000Rs +GST 18% charges 180RS toally 1430 RS deducted from my bank account without any information. Cheating money from customers.

Updated by K Ramkumar I need clear information without my knowledge why you people still take lot of money from my bank account. KIndly revert back to my account otherwise i won't repay the remaining EMI amount.

I have made a payment though Net banking for my emi but status is showing pending of my zestmoney account so please consider it urgently .

My loan paid off but still showing due . Many time i requested to rectify the same but nothing is happening. For this reason my civil effecting.

I want to raise a complaint regarding my payment on 9/05/2019 RS.1440 on Order Id: 58275712DF1B.
Balance Rs.1440 get deducted from my account but not deducted EMI from the order...
Bank Transaction ID:[protected]IGAGCGRMT7..
Please help me regarding this ...
