Hi Team, I have requested multiple times for the settlement of my OutStanding Amount. Registered mobile# [protected] I am totally broken due to loss of my business (you can validate in CIBIL - regarding my debts and creditcard outstanding amount) Customer care Taken the request and told to wait for the confirmation, No One has not contacted me for settlement . I ordered mobileb in Xiaomi through zest money with EMI option and I paid whole amount which is 9999 rupees. But Mi cancelled the order and refund was processed. And amout was refunded.

Many working day was gone of which I have been waiting for my refund from your team.and finally I raised complaint against refund through zest customer care number #417293 for refund delay. And finally customer care number also starred holding my number to wait prolonged time and not attending. I have sent many mails but still saying wait patiently. Exhausted
