Zestmoney — Request for Timely Cashback Issuance

Dear Zest Money Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address an issue with the delay in receiving my entitled cashback. I have been a diligent customer, consistently meeting all my EMIs on time. Understandably, there was a single instance where I made a payment three days after the due date and was duly charged. However, in line with regulations, I'm entitled to receive my cashback promptly once all amounts and interest on the no-cost EMI have been settled.

I purchased a phone and am now awaiting the refund of the interest as cashback. It's disheartening that this entitlement is being delayed.
